buy 35% stake in the telecommunications company, PT Hutchinson 3 Indonesia

Garibaldi is known to have formed a partnership with Northstar Pacific, a company affiliated with TPG Capital, to buy up 35% of the shares owned by the Thai conglomerate Charoen Pokphand Group is the owner.
